The residence at Mamandoor is a subtle ensemble of function and form. The spaces that developed during the design phase, continued to evolve through the construction phase. The juxtaposition of conventional and traditional building materials, athangudi patterns, terracotta fenestrations, and pastel hues; set amidst open spaces for plants and play, indulges the different aspirations.
“It was very easy to work with the clients, what was said, what was understood and what was executed were in tandem,” said the builder, “everyone is happy!”.
